3. Boruto Nearly Endangered a Construction Worker

Due to the competition between the boys’ and girls’ teams that turned the school building into a battleground, the school structure collapsed and suffered severe damage. As a result, the students were forced to study in outdoor classrooms temporarily while the school building underwent renovation by construction workers.

Following the destruction of the school, Shino welcomed a transfer student from Otogakure named Mitsuki. On the day of Mitsuki’s welcoming party, organized by Shino, the classroom atmosphere was filled with joy. The students were entertained by a variety of delicious food and adorable moving dolls.

The event went smoothly until Namida attempted to hug one of the moving dolls. Suddenly, the insects inside the doll were disturbed. Frightened, Namida began crying hysterically, and the celebration quickly descended into chaos as the swarm of insects started rampaging.

Mitsuki then used Fuuton: Toppa (Wind Release: Breakthrough) and successfully drove away the enraged insects. Unfortunately, the wind wave from Mitsuki’s jutsu accidentally hit the construction workers who were repairing the school building, prompting Shino to apologize to them.

After the incident, Shino canceled the lesson, claiming he was unwell, and instructed the students, including Boruto and his friends, to study independently. The students felt guilty for ruining the party that Shino had prepared. However, shortly after, one of the construction workers suddenly went berserk, damaging the building and throwing wooden planks in every direction.

Realizing that the worker was possessed by the Ghost, Sarada quickly distracted him. Meanwhile, Shikadai restrained him using his Shadow Possession Jutsu, and Iwabe struck the worker’s head with a stick in an attempt to snap him out of it. Despite their efforts, the Ghost still hadn’t left the worker’s body. Boruto then acted swiftly, wrapping his legs around the worker’s waist and flipping his body upside down, attempting to restrain him.

However, since they were at the edge of the building, Boruto and the worker suddenly fell from the upper floor. As Boruto clung to the worker’s waist with his legs crossed around the worker’s neck, it looked as though Boruto was about to slam the worker’s head into the ground.

Fortunately, Mitsuki used his wind jutsu just in time to slow their fall. Thanks to Mitsuki’s quick intervention, the worker’s life was saved.
