3. Mitsuki Honestly Admits He Wants to Spy on Kawaki
The story begins when Sarada and Mitsuki visit Boruto’s house. Hinata opens the door and invites them in.
The atmosphere inside the Uzumaki household is quite calm. Boruto is absorbed in playing a game, while Kawaki is quietly staring at a flower vase on the dining table. Since they’re in the same room, Kawaki feels annoyed by Boruto’s constant murmuring as he plays his game.
When Mitsuki and Sarada arrive, Boruto is puzzled. He finds it unusual for them to visit together. Mitsuki responds to Boruto’s curiosity with complete honesty, saying that their reason for coming is to spy on Kawaki.
Hearing Mitsuki’s overly truthful statement, Sarada panics and tries to cover it up. She urges Mitsuki not to confirm what he just said. However, Mitsuki calmly reminds Sarada that he had indeed told her about his plan to spy on Kawaki before inviting her to come along.
Unexpectedly, Kawaki casually praises Mitsuki’s honesty. ^_^
