6. Boro’s Final Fate at the Hands of BoruShiki

After the Scientific Ninja Tool in his body was destroyed, Boro’s body transformed into a massive, uncontrollable raging giant.

While Team 7’s attention was focused on freeing Naruto from the vessel, Boro suddenly struck Mitsuki unconscious. Enraged at being outmaneuvered by Team 7, Boro swore not to forgive them. Kawaki attempted to attack Boro using his Karma power and managed to destroy Boro’s right arm. However, Boro retaliated with his left arm, punching Kawaki and sending him flying.

With his massive form, Boro grabbed Sarada, rendering her immobile. Boruto quickly kicked Boro’s left hand to free Sarada. Although Sarada was freed, she collapsed helplessly to the ground. Boro then struck Boruto with a powerful punch, causing him to fall face-first onto the ground.

Boro didn’t stop there. He began pummeling Boruto repeatedly while cursing him as an ordinary Shinobi who wouldn’t make it out alive. Boro declared himself invincible and claimed to be a messenger of the gods. However, just as he was about to strike Boruto again, Boruto suddenly vanished.

In a split second, Boruto appeared floating in the air in his Otsutsuki Mode, having been possessed by Momoshiki. In this form, referred to as BoruShiki, Boruto had Byakugan eyes and a horn on the right side of his head. While glaring at Boro, BoruShiki said, “Don’t get cocky, you lowly creature!”

Although Boro worshiped the Otsutsuki clan as divine beings and believed in the promised end of Mugen Tsukuyomi, he was ironically punished for his deeds. In a cruel twist of fate, Boro was defeated by the very god he worshiped—Otsutsuki Momoshiki.

Though Boro viewed himself as a holy figure and savior, to Otsutsuki Momoshiki, he was nothing more than a lowly being. Despite Boro convincing many to join his sect, “Boronism,” to worship the Otsutsuki god, he received no reward or acknowledgment. Instead, Boro was beaten to a pulp by Momoshiki.

Boro’s demise was also a form of retribution for his deceit in spreading diseases among villagers while claiming to possess miraculous powers. Ultimately, Boro himself was deceived by his fellow Kara member, Kashin Koji.

While in Konoha, Koji convinced Boro that Boruto’s Karma had not yet matured. However, this statement was a ploy to make Boro let his guard down. In the end, Boro met his death at the hands of Boruto, who had been possessed by Momoshiki.

Boro was defeated by a devastating Oodama Rasengan unleashed by Momoshiki-possessed Boruto.
