Victor is the founder of a medical equipment company operating in the Land of Valleys. His body has been modified with Ninja Scientific Tools by Amado. Victor was accepted as an Inner Kara member because his company was a significant investor supporting Kara’s plan to obtain the Shinju fruit.

As a veteran of the Fourth Great Ninja War, Victor suffered severe injuries during the conflict. These injuries caused damage to his right leg and right eye. Due to his deteriorating health and impatience with Kara’s plans, which he deemed too slow, Victor decided to act on his own. He partnered with Deepa to work on growing an imitation Shinju tree, disregarding the main agenda of the Kara organization.

Victor was highly obsessed with the Shinju tree and its fruit. He believed that consuming the Shinju fruit would restore his damaged body, healing his crippled leg and blinded eye. Additionally, he hoped that the fruit would grant him eternal life, fueling his uncontrollable obsession with the Shinju tree.

To achieve his goal, Victor stole Hashirama Cells from Orochimaru’s laboratory. Moreover, as a war veteran, Victor had secretly kept fragments of the Shinju tree and successfully nurtured them until they sprouted.

Unfortunately, the Shinju tree that Victor managed to grow was merely a replica, and the fruit it produced did not meet his expectations. He even ended up being ensnared by the flower vines of the Shinju tree and trapped inside it. According to Orochimaru, the true Shinju fruit is not something that humans can handle.

During the battle in the Land of Silence between Victor, Mugino, and Konohamaru over the Hashirama Cell, Victor showcased exceptional combat skills. Despite his appearance as an elderly man with a frail and disabled body, Victor’s movements were incredibly fast. Even Konohamaru was impressed by his agility, while Mugino admitted that Victor was not just any ordinary old man.

Victor also possessed remarkable Taijutsu abilities. His punches were difficult to dodge, even for a Jounin like Mugino. One notable example was when Victor threw a staff into the air with extreme precision, achieving 99% accuracy in deflecting Mugino’s sudden kunai attack.
