3. Victor Possesses Two Additional Arms

Victor had a unique ability to grow two additional arms from his shoulders. These extra arms not only helped him maintain balance while standing but were also used for forming hand seals when casting Jutsu.

In battle, these extra arms were highly effective against his opponents. Konohamaru and Mugino struggled to keep up, feeling as though they were fighting more than one person. These additional arms made Victor even harder to defeat in combat.
