6. Victor: A Master of Deception and Manipulation

To achieve his goals, Victor never hesitated to use any means necessary, including deceiving and manipulating those around him.

– Victor Deceived the Daimyo of the Land of Valleys

Victor managed to fool the Daimyo of the Land of Valleys by claiming that his company was developing world-saving medical technology. He promised treatments for incurable diseases and solutions to prevent aging by using the Hashirama Cell. Thanks to this lie, the Daimyo provided full protection to Victor’s company and prevented Konoha officials from investigating his research activities.

The Daimyo was even impressed and proud during his visit to Victor’s research center. However, Victor’s lies were finally exposed when Konohamaru freed the Daimyo from the Genjutsu that had been placed on him. After breaking free from the illusion, the Daimyo saw the horrifying truth behind the research center. It turned out that Victor had conducted inhumane experiments by implanting the Hashirama Cell into human bodies.

Realizing he had been blinded by Victor’s fantasy, the Daimyo of the Land of Valleys eventually permitted Konoha to seize the Hashirama Cell that Victor had used illegally.

– Victor Used His Employees as Sacrifices for the Shinju Tree

After suffering severe injuries during the Fourth Great Ninja War, Victor established a company under the guise of helping people with physical disabilities similar to his own. He claimed to be developing medical technology to regenerate missing body parts using regenerative therapy, which involved utilizing the patient’s DNA to restore their bodies.

In addition, Victor promised to unlock the secrets of aging and extend human life. His company also had a vision to become one of the world’s leading medical equipment producers. Many people admired Victor’s noble vision and mission, which allowed him to attract top experts from various regions to join his company.

However, the loyalty and dedication of Victor’s employees meant nothing to him. He exploited them as sacrifices for the artificial Shinju Tree he was developing. The chakra of his employees was completely drained to ensure the tree grew perfectly, with no regard for their lives.

– Victor Lied to Jigen and Blamed Deepa

Victor was caught by Jigen while trying to grow an artificial Shinju Tree without the knowledge of the Kara organization. When interrogated, Victor attempted to defend himself by blaming Deepa, claiming that the plan was entirely Deepa’s idea.

As part of his alibi, Victor stated that he had nearly died after being consumed by the Shinju Tree and that he had suffered significant losses, including the destruction of his company.

– Victor Pretended to Be Sick and Stole Vessel Data

After the artificial Shinju Tree project failed, Victor devised a new strategy to steal the vessel, a key element in Kara’s plan. He used a cunning tactic by taking a drug that made him appear comatose.

Victor approached Amado to undergo a physical examination. However, during the examination, he began convulsing and appeared to fall into a “coma.” Amado brought him to the treatment room, which was part of Victor’s plan, as he knew the treatment room was connected to the area where the vessel was stored.

From there, Victor used fly-shaped robots to infiltrate the vessel storage area and copy important data stored within. By obtaining a copy of the vessel’s data, Victor hoped to use it as leverage for negotiation or even as a means to threaten Jigen. He also intended to use the data for his own research to restore his deteriorating body.

– Victor’s Attempt to Seize the Vessel and His Death at the Hands of Kashin Koji

When the vessel reached stage 3, Jigen decided to move it to a safer location. Victor immediately offered to provide transportation using his advanced transparent aircraft, designed to avoid detection by shinobi.

Amado approved the plan to transport the vessel using Victor’s aircraft but imposed one condition: Victor was not allowed to board the aircraft. Additionally, Amado programmed the aircraft to fly automatically to the designated location.

However, Victor, known for his cunning, had prepared a backup plan. He secretly installed a mechanism in the aircraft that allowed him to take control of its flight direction. With this, Victor felt confident that he could seize the vessel whenever he wanted, as he had full control of the aircraft.

Unfortunately, something beyond Victor’s expectations occurred. The aircraft carrying the vessel suddenly went out of control and crashed. Although Victor intended to hijack the vessel, the crash was not his doing.

Victor’s misfortune worsened when Kashin Koji discovered that he possessed a copy of the vessel’s data. Koji accused Victor of causing the crash and made him the scapegoat. As punishment, Koji used the “Purifying Flame” Jutsu to burn Victor’s body to ashes.

Victor’s Jikozenchi no Jutsu regeneration ability proved incapable of countering Koji’s Jutsu. In the end, Victor was completely destroyed at the hands of Kashin Koji, marking the tragic conclusion of his deceit-filled life.
