6. Udon

Udon once shared a story with Team 5 members—Iwabe, Metal, and Denki—that he often failed his graduation tests at the academy. At that time, one of the graduation requirements to become a Genin was for students to be able to perform Bunshin no Jutsu.

A flashback showed Udon attempting to create a Bunshin at Konoha Academy. Unfortunately, the Bunshin he created immediately fell to the floor, weak and lifeless. Because of this failure, Udon became the subject of laughter among his classmates, including Moegi and Konohamaru, who were his close friends. Even Naruto, who was present during the incident, couldn’t hold back his laughter at Udon’s failed attempt to create a Bunshin.
