7. Nanami Kento Narrowly Escapes Death, Saved by Itadori Yuji

While Nanami and Yuji were fiercely battling Mahito, the cornered Mahito activated his Domain Expansion to trap Nanami while excluding Yuji. Trapped inside Mahito’s domain, Nanami could only resign himself to his fate. Every attack Mahito launched was guaranteed to hit him, and Nanami had no ability to activate his own Domain Expansion to counter Mahito’s deadly space.

However, Yuji, determined to save Nanami, relentlessly punched the walls of Mahito’s Domain from the outside. Eventually, Yuji managed to break through and enter Mahito’s Domain. Since Yuji’s body served as Sukuna’s vessel, his presence within Mahito’s Domain unintentionally disturbed Sukuna’s soul. Infuriated by this intrusion, Sukuna lashed out at Mahito, dealing a devastating blow that left Mahito severely injured and shattered his Domain Expansion.

Having lost a significant amount of cursed energy from activating his Domain Expansion, Mahito used the remaining cursed energy to flee from the fight against Yuji and Nanami.

After the incident, Nanami expressed his gratitude to Yuji for saving his life when he was trapped inside Mahito’s Domain Expansion. In the end, Nanami acknowledged Yuji as the one who had saved his life.
