6. Sakura Falls Without Sai Helping Her
When Naruto, in his Three-Tailed Kyūbi mode, prepared to fire a chakra bullet at Kabuto, the force of the attack destroyed the Tenchi Bridge, causing it to collapse completely. As a result, Sakura, who was lying unconscious in the middle of the bridge, was at risk of falling into the river below.
Although Yamato tried to hold up the collapsing bridge using his Wood Release to prevent Sakura from falling, his efforts were not enough to fully save her. In the end, Sakura began to fall toward the river.
Yamato then asked Sai, who was coincidentally flying beneath the bridge using his Chōjū Giga technique with an ink bird, to save Sakura. However, even though Sai was in a perfect position to catch Sakura as she fell toward him, he chose not to help her and let her continue falling. Fortunately, Yamato quickly grew tree roots that wrapped around Sakura’s body, saving her before she could reach the river.
Are you a Sakura hater? Just admit it! You were probably happy seeing Sakura fall off the Tenchi Bridge and almost get swept away by the river—especially when Sai deliberately chose not to help her.
