2. Naruto’s Oiroke no Jutsu Conquered the Third Hokage, Hiruzen

After graduating from the Academy and officially becoming a Genin-level Shinobi, Naruto was required to submit his Shinobi profile form to the Hokage. However, the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, took issue with the form because he thought Naruto’s profile picture looked too eccentric and unattractive.

Naruto tried to explain that the photo was the result of an artistic concept he had thought about for three hours, but Hiruzen insisted that the profile picture did not meet the standards and needed to be replaced.

Annoyed by Hiruzen’s comments, Naruto immediately used Oiroke no Jutsu, transforming himself into a beautiful and seductive woman. As a result, the Third Hokage had a severe nosebleed and fell off his chair.
