2. Kabuto Yakushi

After the agreement between Tsunade and Orochimaru fell apart—where Orochimaru had promised to resurrect Tsunade’s two loved ones who had passed away if she agreed to heal his damaged arms—Tsunade realized that Orochimaru intended to destroy the village of Konoha again once his arms were healed. Therefore, Tsunade decided to eliminate Orochimaru while he was still in a weakened state.

However, Kabuto would not allow Tsunade to kill Orochimaru. As Orochimaru’s loyal protector, Kabuto chose to fight her. Before the battle began, Kabuto was seen consuming a special pill that granted him enhanced strength. With that power, Kabuto prepared a chakra scalpel in his hands as a weapon to fight Tsunade.

As a result, Kabuto was able to hold his own against one of Konoha’s Legendary Sannin, Tsunade. He skillfully dodged each of Tsunade’s deadly Taijutsu attacks. Moreover, Kabuto’s chakra scalpel managed to sever the bicep muscles in Tsunade’s arms and the tendons in her thighs, disrupting the flow of her chakra.

Kabuto even landed a powerful strike to Tsunade’s chest, hitting her ribcage. This attack left Tsunade struggling to move and caused difficulty in breathing.
