# Kakashi Redeems Himself to Naruto
After training Naruto for two and a half years, Jiraiya returned him to Kakashi as promised. Kakashi was hopeful that Naruto’s abilities had improved. Jiraiya even warned Kakashi that Naruto had grown significantly stronger and had the potential to defeat him if Kakashi wasn’t careful.
To make up for his responsibility as a mentor, Kakashi finally began teaching Naruto advanced jutsu. After all, he had never taught Naruto any signature techniques like he had taught Sasuke with Chidori.
This time, Kakashi taught Naruto how to enhance his Rasengan by mastering wind chakra manipulation. The result was a new jutsu called “Fuuton: RasenShuriken”—a powerful technique that even Minato, Naruto’s father and the creator of Rasengan, was unable to complete.
Through this experience, Naruto not only became stronger but also proved that he could grow and develop despite feeling overlooked by Kakashi at first. This strengthened the bond between them as teacher and student.
