4. FBI Headquarters

At the FBI headquarters, Mike reported the incident where he was attacked by ninjas in a restaurant. However, the FBI closed the case with the explanation that the chaos resulted from a gang war over territory disputes. The FBI also imprisoned Ujang, accusing him of colluding with the Chinese mafia to launder money through his restaurant.

Eddie then reprimanded Mike, urging him to stop investigating the ninja case and reminding him to enjoy his retirement by going fishing. Mike asked sarcastically if Eddie’s fishing gear came from Auza. Eddie left, handing Mike a leave of absence letter as he walked away.

5. Mike and Higan’s Alliance to Take Down Auza

Mike met with Higan and explained that he had paid for the damages caused to the restaurant. He also shared his intention to help Ujang, who had been falsely accused. Mike reported to Higan that the ninjas who attacked them had connections to Auza. This was proven by their use of scythes made from a patented special metal owned by Auza. Mike added that the Auza Corporation was extremely dangerous because they had the power to silence the FBI. In fact, Mike was forced to take a leave of absence for investigating Auza.

Higan revealed his goal: to eliminate every ninja responsible for killing his family. Meanwhile, Mike’s objective was to protect civilians from criminals. He also admitted that he would arrest Higan when the time came. Eventually, Mike and Higan agreed to form a temporary alliance. They shared drinks and made a toast. Mike never thought he would team up with someone like Higan, but he wanted revenge against the Auza ninjas who nearly killed him and also wanted to help Ujang.

6. Investigation into the Auza Corporation

Afterward, Mike and Higan met with Emma, who was considered the most knowledgeable about their leads on Auza. Emma was irritated when Mike called her car a junk heap, but she was impressed that Higan recognized the specifications and features of her vintage car. Emma then told Mike and Higan to get in. She demonstrated her car’s ability to transform into a high-tech computer, showcasing its advanced features that complemented Emma’s expertise in gathering information from across the internet.

Emma presented her findings on the Auza Corporation to Higan and Mike. She explained that Auza was a multinational company involved in developing military weapon technology, telecommunications, entertainment, clean energy, and a wide range of tech across various industries. Auza was also the largest shareholder in the global market, with its products rapidly overtaking various software and hardware daily. In fact, Auza’s products were available in every country worldwide.

However, Auza’s rapid growth had sparked negative rumors. Business competitors, journalists, and anyone who disrupted or threatened Auza’s progress were often found dead under mysterious circumstances. One example was the death of a top conservative politician in Europe who had opposed Auza establishing operations in his country. His successor, however, approved Auza’s entry under the pretext of advancing the country’s technological development. Emma speculated that the ninjas had been helping Auza expand its business empire.
